Setting up an Account in Boomi Cloud API Management Area

The following are some key configurations to consider as you start configuring your APIs in Boomi Cloud API Management:

If you have any access issues, contact the Boomi Support team via Boomi Community or by sending an email to support@boomi.com.

Consider the following best practices as you get started with Cloud API Management:

The configured API endpoints can be tested with the provided
<area name>.api.mashery.comdomain. Consider creating a public domain before exposing it to developers. Point the domain to the Boomi Cloud API Management domain:-

Use
api.mydomain.comto configure your public endpoints.

Share Load Balancer Front End Certificate for HTTPS/Secured traffic via opening a support case. The certificate should include the domains listed in the configured public domains above.

If your organization wants to expose your backend to only Boomi Cloud API Management traffic managers by implementing IP allowlisting, then use all CIDR blocks. Refer to Security Options for more information.

Provide an email address to send notifications for Application and Package Key registration.
noteTo allowlist email address, open a case with the Boomi Support team.

For requesting Cloud API Management API Key for CICD | OAuth API | Reporting API:

secure.mashery.com - Request an API Key from that admin account.

For allowlisting Domains, contact the Boomi Support team via Boomi Community. You must submit the root domain to the support team so that all subdomains can be used. For example,
mashery.comvsapi.mashery.com,test.api.mashery.com, etc. Backend domains do not need to be allow-listed.
infoEach Cloud API Management administrator or user can manage APIs specific to only their designated area and cannot manage APIs of other areas.
